We provide you with all the ingredients to become a successful businessman, in the insurance industry.
Stage 1: The beginners
- Training and education on insurance.
- Support for insurance exam and certificate from Insurance Department.
- On job training on insurance sales, writing policies, and documentation.
Stage2: Once you are hands on the insurance business
- We set up office for you.
- Give all the system and computer support to run the business.
- Set up dedicated website, and provide you real time insurance leads.
- Give you budget for your own local advertisement.
Now you are all set, to flourish as a insurance businessman, not just an insurance agent.
Your Pay:
Base Pay : Initial 6 months we pay support money to take care of your basic needs, + 15% commission on the profits you make.
After 6 months: It's all gain sharing, you take 40% and more of the profits you make, and there is no guaranteed or base pay. It's like you make your own turnover and give us our dues.
